Jeff Usher has been involved in the Ottawa real estate business since 1992 when he acquired The House Finder, a small real estate consulting company. The House Finder provided it's clients with various tools to market and sell their homes on their own.

In 1997, having earned his real estate salespersons licence, Jeff co-founded a successful real estate brokerage based in Kanata. In 1999 Jeff achieving full real estate broker status, and his growth continued with the founding of Usher Realty Inc., in 2003. Jeff is the Broker of Record for Usher Realty Inc., and a senior member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board.

In 2004, Jeff joined in alliance with Grape Vine Home Marketing Consultants. Together, Jeff and Grape Vine have developed a strong program of consulting services entitled the Professional Service Package. Within the package, Jeff provides in-home visits where he takes professional photos of his client's homes, provides one-on-one coaching and answers any and all questions that may be posed to him. Jeff also provides a market evaluation for his clients, and provides on-going personal assistance and support. This program was an immediate success, and has since expanded to include more features and selling tools giving Grape Vine clients a competitive advantage in the commission-free sale of their home. Since 1992, Jeff has helped over 3,000 clients market their own home, and he can help you.

Jeff lives in Stittsville with his wife Shelley and 3 children, Mitchell, Hannah and Bryce. He is known for his deep knowledge base in the Ottawa residential real estate market; his warm demeanour; and his concern for the well-being of his clients.
