I could not have asked for a more kind and professional photographer; the pictures did my home justice. However, what I was most impressed with was Mr. Jeff Usher. He sat down and explained everyting in detail about how to sell my own home. Each time I had a question or concern during the weeks following, his response was immediate and professional, even when he was on holiday's, he did not hesitate to respond. His suggested selling price was perfect. My home sold withing a short period of time with little anxiety and he even contributed to facilitating my moving dilema. As I write this the sold sign is being placed on our home. The Grapevine experience has been completely positive – from the first phone call to the company – right through until the final signing.

I just wanted to write a few words to let you know that our experience with Grapevine for the sale of our townhouse was wonderful! Given that this was our first experience in selling a home, we chose the Professional Service Package so that we would have access to a Real Estate Agent if ever we had any questions. We were very impressed with Jeff and are very thankful to have been able to benefit from his experience in the Real Estate business. The in-home meeting was very useful. Jeff took professional pictures of the rooms and prepared the listing for us.

He went through the house with us, gave us ideas and recommendations on how to show the house, and made a recommendation on a selling price based on previous home sales in our neighbourhood. The information package that he gave us was also very useful, giving us further information on home showings, open houses, even on how to deal with Real Estate Agents who may call to try to get our home listed with them. He always answered our questions promptly, offered very useful advice and guidance on various issues and it was great to have an “insider’s” feedback. Within a few days, our home was listed on the Grapevine website, the sign was put up on our lawn and open-house signs were delivered. Our home was on the market for only 9 days before we received an offer.
